FAQ
Useful questions
Is floor area enough to size an air conditioner?
Area is one input. Height, glazing, insulation, occupants, equipment and outdoor air also matter. We assess the space and its loads before confirming capacity.
When do I receive the HVAC layout?
After scope approval and site data confirmation, we prepare the agreed layout before installation. It identifies units, air distribution and main routes, coordinated with ceilings and services.
Are AC ducts and kitchen-exhaust ducts the same?
They serve different functions. HVAC ducts distribute system air; cooking exhaust handles cooking effluent according to its design. Cooling, extraction and replacement air must be coordinated.
Can I buy the units before the layout is prepared?
It is better to confirm the system and capacity first. If you already own units, we review their specifications, installation requirements and suitability.
Do you offer new and used stainless-steel equipment?
Yes, subject to requirements and availability. We disclose specifications, dimensions, condition, inspection scope, supply and installation terms, and any warranty included in the proposal.
Can I commission just one service?
Yes. HVAC, stainless-steel equipment, design and fit-out can be commissioned separately or coordinated within one project.
How should I compare quotations?
Compare scope, models, materials and quantities, followed by testing, handover, timing and warranty terms. The total price alone does not explain the difference.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on the scope, site readiness, approvals and equipment availability. The proposal defines the programme, inclusions and exclusions; changes are documented before execution.
